1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Agentivise websites, products, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services

Agentivise provides AI-powered workflow, voice, chat, and CRM automation services for businesses. Features may evolve over time, and we may update, modify, or discontinue functionality as reasonably necessary.

3. Accounts and Customer Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding credentials.
• You represent that you have rights to any data you provide to Agentivise.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the services, including by violating laws, infringing rights, attempting unauthorized access, transmitting malicious code, or interfering with system operation.

5. Fees and Payment

Paid services are billed under an applicable order form or statement of work. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

Agentivise and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the services, software, and related materials. You retain ownership of your data and grant Agentivise the rights necessary to provide the services.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect non-public confidential information using reasonable care and to use such information only for performing obligations under these terms.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentivise disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Agentivise is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you for the services in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate as described in an order form or statement of work. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or unlawful use.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction specified in your executed agreement with Agentivise, without regard to conflict of law principles.
